According to ‘Watcher Guru,’ Microsoft is in talks with ChatGPT owner Open AI to acquire a 49% stake in the company.

If sources are to be believed, the deal will probably cost $10 billion or maybe more to the Microsoft. Open AI is currently valued at $29 billion.

According to the new structure, Microsoft will acquire 49% stake with other 49% remaining for other investors and 2% going to Open AI’s non-profit parent firm.
