Tesla Owners Feel 'Duped' After Company Makes A Bold Decision

Tesla car owners are not happy with the company after it pulled a bold move to increase overall sales in wake of recession and tough competition from other electric carmakers.

Tesla recently slashed the prices of their best-selling cars, ‘Model Y Crossover’ and ‘Model 3 Sedan,’ by up to 20%.

The price of ‘Model Y Crossover’ as of now is $52,990 and price of ‘Model 3 Sedan’ stands at $53,990.

The price reduction is done for the purpose of tax relief to the buyers. Cars under $55,000 are eligible for tax incentives.

On the other hand, this move has angered the existing customers of Tesla, some of them even calling it a fraud.

Anyone who has recently bought the two Tesla cars that has received price reduction will face immediate devaluation of their product.

Tesla has sold over 1.3 million cars in 2022. Although, it was 40% more than previous year, but target of 50% growth was missed.
