Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg‘s battle of words (before their actual cage match in the upcoming months) is getting dirtier by the day. Recently, Elon Musk made some claims about the fight’s location and dress code, etc. And now Mark Zuckerberg has angered Musk by calling him a liar.

This didn’t sit well with Musk, who straightforwardly called out Zuck and issued him a warning in some harsh words. The Tesla CEO even went so far as to offer to teach Zuck a lesson that he will not forget.

Elon Musk Responds In Bitter Words To Zuck’s Post Calling Him A Liar

Elon Musk has recently tweeted about the fight and shared some info about the time, place, and streaming setup of the fight. Elon Tweeted, “The fight will be managed by my and Zuck’s foundations (not UFC). Livestream will be on this platform and Meta. Everything in camera frame will be ancient Rome, so nothing modern at all. I spoke to the PM of Italy and Minister of Culture. They have agreed on an epic location.”

Musk further continued, “Everything done will pay respect to the past and present of Italy. All proceeds go to veterans and paediatric hospitals in Italy.”

Apparently, Musk promoting the fight on his own and deciding the venue did not sit well with Mark Zuckerberg. He shared two posts on Threads and bashed Elon Musk and his ideas for the fights. Mark Zuckerberg said, “I love this sport and I’ve been ready to fight since the day Elon challenged me. If he ever agrees on an actual date, you’ll hear it from me. Until then, please assume anything he says has not been agreed on.”

He further added, “Not holding my breath for Elon, but I’ll share details on my next fight when I’m ready. When I compete, I want to do it in a way that puts a spotlight on the elite athletes at the top of the game. You do that by working with professional orgs like the UFC or ONE to pull this off well and create a great card.”

This was enough to trigger Musk and get a fiery response from the Twitter boss. Musk did not like Zuck calling him a liar and responded, “If Zuck my 👅 really wants a lesson in why there are weight categories in fighting so badly, I could just head over to his house next week and teach him a lesson he won’t soon forget.”

He further added, “Otherwise, we will do it as soon as the arena in Italy is ready. Or we could do both and consider next week just a practice session.”

The fight may happen after some months but the excitement is sky high even now. If both Elon and Zuck decide to go ahead with the fight this will be one of the biggest pay-per-view events of the century.
